At NRL University, we are committed to delivering quality financial education, professional mentorship, and practical learning experiences. Our programs are designed to strengthen financial knowledge, develop independent decision-making skills, and support long-term educational growth.

This policy establishes clear expectations regarding purchases, payments, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and membership enrolment.

All purchases and services are subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Online Courses & Digital Education

This policy applies to all NRL University online courses, including:

General Wealth Architect
Forex Wealth Architect
Stock Wealth Architect
Crypto Wealth Architect
AI Wealth Architect
NRL Forex System
NRL Stock Market System
Additional digital education programs

Refund Terms

Due to the immediate accessibility and digital nature of our educational materials, course purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted, except where otherwise required by law or stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental charges
Incorrect billing amounts
Verified technical issues preventing course access
Failure to provide the purchased educational content
Other circumstances requiring a refund under applicable law

Customers experiencing technical difficulties must contact NRL University so we can investigate the issue and attempt a reasonable resolution.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because a customer changes their mind, does not complete a course, or determines that the educational content no longer aligns with their interests.

3. Private Coaching & Mentorship

This section applies to:

NRL Private 1:1 Mentorship
NRL Dynasty Package
Other individually scheduled coaching services

Private coaching requires dedicated preparation, reserved appointment availability, and customised educational planning.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before coaching sessions begin.

Monthly coaching enrolment provides access to the sessions and services specifically included in the purchased program.

Refund Terms

Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

For prepaid sessions that have not been delivered, refund requests will be evaluated according to the applicable enrolment agreement, services already provided, and legal requirements.

Customers may request cancellation of future coaching services at any time.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for services already delivered.

4. Coaching Sessions & Rescheduling

For coaching programs that include scheduled appointments:

Sessions must be booked in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
Late arrivals do not automatically extend session duration.
Missed appointments without proper notice may be forfeited.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
Sessions canceled by NRL University will be rescheduled without additional charges.

If NRL University is unable to deliver a prepaid session or provide a reasonable replacement appointment, the customer may be eligible for a refund or credit for the undelivered service.

Monthly Session Limits

For programs offering four private sessions and two progress calls monthly, booking privileges apply only to the active membership period.

Unused sessions do not automatically transfer to the next membership cycle unless an exception is approved in writing.

5. NRL Dynasty Advisory

NRL Dynasty Advisory provides access to educational resources and customised wealth-planning education as described in the selected enrolment package.

Services may include access to NRL University courses, a personalised educational wealth plan, and other benefits identified at purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Terms

Payment is required before program access begins.
Delivered educational services are nonrefundable, except as required by law.
Refund requests for unfinished or undelivered services will be reviewed.
Access to educational content is governed by the purchased plan's stated duration.
Cancellation of a recurring plan stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

The customized educational wealth plan is intended for financial education and does not constitute personalised investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. Private Memberships & Subscription Programs

NRL Empire Building
Recurring educational subscriptions
Other membership-based services

Membership Billing

Membership fees are charged according to the billing schedule displayed at checkout.

Recurring payments will be processed only where the customer has authorised automatic renewal.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the price, renewal frequency, and included benefits before purchasing.

Membership Cancellations

Customers may cancel future renewals through their available account or subscription controls, or by contacting NRL University.

Cancellation must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next renewal, subject to applicable law and payment-processing timing.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation generally allows access through the end of the current paid billing period.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees for periods in which services or access have already been provided are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Billing errors, duplicate payments, and failures to provide purchased benefits will be investigated.

Where required, customers will receive applicable prorated refunds or other legally mandated remedies.

7. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

This section applies to digital products such as:

Wealth Lexicon
Educational eBooks
Digital workbooks
Trading journals and templates
Downloadable guides
Digital learning bundles

Because these products are electronically delivered, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made accessible, except where applicable law or the purchase terms provide otherwise.

Refunds may be available for duplicate charges, defective files that cannot reasonably be corrected, undelivered products, or other legally required circumstances.

Customers experiencing download or access issues should contact NRL University for assistance.

8. Workshops, Events & Group Sessions

NRL University may offer virtual or in-person workshops, educational conferences, live classes, and group learning experiences.

Event-specific cancellation and refund terms will be provided during registration or checkout.

Unless the event listing establishes a different policy, requests to cancel a registration will be reviewed based on the event's circumstances and applicable law.

If NRL University cancels a paid event without providing the purchased service or an agreed replacement, eligible customers will receive an appropriate refund.

If an event is rescheduled, registered participants will be informed of available options and any applicable refund rights.

9. Payment Plans & Outstanding Balances

Certain services may offer instalment payments or monthly enrolment.

Payment plans are subject to the terms presented and accepted during enrolment.

Customers remain responsible for amounts properly owed for services delivered or under an enforceable payment agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of future educational access or coaching appointments, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation of a recurring membership does not automatically eliminate outstanding balances owed under a separate instalment agreement.

NRL University will not charge customers for unauthorised renewals.

10. Program Transfers & Changes

Enrollment in a course, mentorship program, or membership is intended for the individual who purchased the service.

Transfers to another individual are not automatically permitted.

Requests to change programs, upgrade memberships, or apply an eligible credit toward another educational offering will be reviewed individually.

Any approved changes must be documented in writing.

NRL University reserves the right to modify future programs, pricing, and educational offerings. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

11. Refund Request Procedure

Customers requesting a refund should contact NRL University using the official contact information listed below.

Full name associated with the purchase
Email address used during enrolment
Name of the purchased course or service
Purchase date
Order or transaction reference, if available
Reason for the refund request

Recommended Contact Period

Customers are encouraged to report billing errors, access problems, or refund concerns within 14 calendar days of discovering the issue.

This is a customer service guideline and does not limit any longer period or remedy provided by law.

NRL University will review the request and may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time may vary based on the payment provider, financial institution, and transaction type.

12. Billing Errors & Disputes

If a customer believes a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, they should contact NRL University promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate billing concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's legal right to dispute a charge with their payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Customers are not required to waive applicable dispute rights as a condition of requesting customer service assistance.

13. Educational Results & Expectations

NRL University provides educational programs designed to develop knowledge, practical skills, and independent decision-making.

Enrollment does not guarantee:

Financial profits or investment returns
Employment or career advancement
Business revenue or growth
Trading consistency or profitability
Specific financial outcomes
Completion of individual financial goals

Results depend on numerous factors, including individual effort, experience, financial circumstances, market conditions, and personal decisions.

Dissatisfaction solely with an individual's financial outcome does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund.

However, this provision does not limit remedies for misrepresented, defective, or undelivered services.

14. Program Suspension & Termination

NRL University may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of applicable program policies, including:

Unauthorised redistribution of educational materials
Account sharing in violation of enrolment terms
Fraudulent transactions
Harassment or threatening conduct
Repeated material violations of program agreements

Before making a termination decision, NRL University may review the circumstances and provide an opportunity to address the issue where appropriate.

Any refund eligibility will depend on services delivered, the reason for termination, applicable agreements, and legal requirements.

Termination does not remove a customer's statutory rights.

15. Consumer Protection & Legal Rights

This policy is intended to establish transparent and reasonable terms for educational services purchased through NRL University.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Certain jurisdictions provide additional protections concerning online purchases, digital content, recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, service cancellations, and refunds.

Where a provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will control.

16. Policy Updates

NRL University may update this policy to reflect changes in educational offerings, payment practices, applicable regulations, or business operations.

Changes will not retroactively remove legally protected rights associated with previous purchases.
